Simply drag and drop the video from the VideoStudio library or your computer browser on to the timeline. Although the format is lossy, this enables small file sizes, whilst retaining a good level of video quality. MP4 is an international standard and probably the most popular video and audio file container at present, with native support in Windows, Macs, iOS, and Android devices.
XAVC S has a higher maximum data rate (around 50Mbps) than the main competing high definition file format AVCHD. XAVC S is a consumer-grade subset of the pro-level XAVC video codec, which was developed primarily to retain better image quality for 4K resolutions, high frame rate video, and 10bit video.
